With over 26 years of Florida real estate experience and a career forged at the highest levels of New York City's construction and development world, Cindi Infiesto brings a rare combination of sophistication, strategy, and genuine heart to every client she serves.
Cindi founded iConnect RE—part of iConnect Homes & Land—in 2026 with a singular purpose: to connect people with homes, people with solutions, and people with each other. Based in Southwest Florida, iConnect RE serves a vast corridor from the Sarasota area—including Longboat Key, Siesta Key, and St. Armands—all the way south to Marco Island, with a deep specialty focus along Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Beach.
Cindi's philosophy is simple: whether you're selling a luxury estate on the Gulf or a condo in Cape Coral, you deserve the same white-glove experience. Real estate is one of life's most significant journeys, and Cindi's role is to make it feel like smooth sailing—no matter what is happening behind the scenes. Her clients trust her completely, and that trust has been earned one relationship at a time over more than two decades.
That commitment to excellence has been recognized at the highest levels of the industry. Cindi is a 20-time Five-Star Agent in customer satisfaction—a distinction held by very few in the nation. She holds legend status on Zillow with over 135 five-star reviews and has been named a Top Agent and Top Producer both statewide and nationally by the Top Agent and Top Producers organizations.
What makes her brokerage recognition particularly extraordinary is that the Best Brokerage in Florida award was given in Cindi's name personally, not just the company name. Every other recipient wins under their brokerage brand. Hers was different. Because in Southwest Florida, the brand is the person. Whether leading EXIT Select Realty or building iConnect RE, clients, colleagues, and the industry don't follow the name on the door—they follow Cindi. That award has been bestowed every year since its inception—and she has won it every single time.
That commitment to community was never more evident than in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Ian—arguably the most destructive hurricane ever to strike the United States. While most of Southwest Florida was without power, water, and food, Cindi's Fort Myers office—on the same electrical grid as the local hospitals—had electricity. She didn't hesitate. She opened her doors. Her office became a full-scale hurricane relief and distribution center for the local board of REALTORS®, receiving truckloads of donated supplies from fellow EXIT franchise locations across the state. Hairbrushes, diapers, shampoo, tents, shovels, clothing — everything people needed to survive and begin clearing their homes. When the board could no longer manage the volume, and volunteers were scarce, Cindi and her team stepped in and kept it running. For many residents who lost everything — some with nothing but the clothes on their backs — that office was their first lifeline.
That experience didn't just reveal who Cindi is. It deepened her resolve to do more.
In the years since, that resolve has taken shape in one of the most meaningful initiatives of her career. In the wake of the devastating hurricanes that continued to reshape Southwest Florida's coastline, Cindi and her team developed the engineering and architectural designs to replace wiped-out manufactured homes along the beach with structures fully compliant with new flood zone requirements. Working directly with the State of Florida, which has designated funding for this rebuilding effort, iConnect RE is helping lot owners who have been trapped—unable to sell and burdened with mounting assessments reaching $60,000, $80,000, or even $100,000—finally find a path forward. It is one of the most impactful community initiatives in the region, and it reflects the soul of everything iConnect RE represents.
More than a brokerage, iConnect RE is a force for transformation—restoring homes, rebuilding communities, and creating possibilities where others see only obstacles.
Refined. Trusted. Community-driven.
